  • $120- After gathering information from you on your goals, we will work together for 90 minutes in session as I take you through a custom program. These are NOT cookie cutter programs and are written for you and your goals specifically. I will ensure you are completing all of the exercises with proper form, tempo, and intensity. We will go over stretching and any modifications you may need. At the end, you are left with a written out program that will last you 4-6 weeks that you will complete on your own.   • $75- Have some experience, but keep dealing with pain or restriction? Keep hitting roadblocks with specific movements or goals? Unsure if your form is perfect? This offering is for you! After gathering some information from you, we will meet for 60 minutes to get you unstuck and your way to more progress. Send me an email or text to get scheduled at:

  • Price depends on how many sessions per week, how long of a commitment you choose, and whether or not you want personalized nutrition with it. All training sessions are 60 minutes long and tailored to your goals. You will be taught proper form, progress through advanced training techniques, have customized stretching and mobility, and have all the support you could ever need during your health and fitness journey.
