Hi! Iām Rachel
I have been an avid lover and practicer of all things fitness related for 7+ years. I found Yoga with my dear friend three years ago and fell in love with the way it connected me to my body on a deeper level. I took the leap last fall to get certified to share this amazing work with all of you.
I have always wanted to give back to others and help them see their full potential within and finally found a way to do just that and more through yoga. I continue to enrich my knowledge and understanding of yoga by attending workshops, trainings, and retreats, and integrating the principles of mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into my own practice and teaching.
As a teacher I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where students can connect and explore their mind, body and spirit. through my teaching, I hope to inspire and empower students to be more connected with, have a greater sense of self-awareness and to be more at peace on and off the mat!
